The Company has been providing cleaning services to the UAE Market for last 41 years.

A good cleaning job starts with well groomed staff and L&S has been building an organization of well trained people since 1981. All Lahej & Sultan employees are on company sponsorship and are selected through proper interviews arranged by the agent based in the respective countries and after the clearance from the local law enforcement authorities. The cleaners are given proper training by the trainers on their arrival in our training room and are then allotted to the sites. Also the cleaners are briefed about the local rules and regulations so that when they are serving a client there will not be any inconvenience to them or the client.

Site Supervision/Management & Operations Review Meetings:

The cleaning services are supervised by an onsite Charge Hand. There will be a visiting Supervisor for each zone who will carry out thorough checks to maintain the cleaning standards on the client's site. The Operations Executives who are in charge of the Zone will also be meeting the client's representative and discuss the cleaning issues at least once a month. Periodic management meetings are also arranged to discuss any serious matters and contractual obligations.

Toolbox Training

Our senior management team is giving tool box talk to all the cleaners which is documented and saved for future reference.

Leave replacement

All staff proceeding on leave are replaced with suitable replacements prior to their departure. As our cleaners are trained it is easier to move them from site to site without much hassle or problem to the client.

3rd Party Certification

The window cleaners or high level glass cleaners are given training by TUV certified trainers and our Health & Safety Officer will conduct surprise checks to ascertain that the safety equipment are used and safety norms are followed.

Dedicated coordination team

We have a team of coordinators who are all the time involved in the day to day movement of the cleaners, supervisor, and material issues on sites. Our coordinators assure that a seamless and uninterrupted service is delivered to the client by continuous liaison with the Operations Executives/Supervisors or Site supervisors and drivers.


As an ISO 9001 certified company, we ensure that all documentation is completed and signed before any commencement of work or contract service. Once we have received a confirmation of the quote, a formal contract will be prepared and forwarded to client in duplicate for signature.

The cleaning services and day cleaner activities will be monitored by the check lists which will be provided and completed upon request and has to be counterchecked by the appointed client’s representative.

All chemicals used are previously tested and carry a material safety data sheet which is forwarded to the client upon request.
